These License Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Rocket Software, Inc., (a Delaware Corporation having a place of business at 275 Grove Street, Newton, MA 02466) and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Rocket Software"), and the Client which means the person who has purchased or been granted the rights under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Client "), and shall become effective per the sales transaction documents associated with the purchase of licenses for the Software or any documents associated with the grant of licenses for the Software.
