VTX leases to Customer, and Customer rents from VTX, certain customer premise equipment (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer Premise CPE” or “CPE”), including but not limited to routers, switches, video encoders/decoders, or any other media broadcasting equipments, more specifically set forth in Customer Sales Order Agreement (“SOA”).
