THIS BURNALONG CONTENT PROVIDER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is effective as of the date of the Content Provider (as defined below) completing its registration on Partners. BurnAlong.com or in a BurnAlong owned mobile application (the “Effective Date”), by and between BurnAlong, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its affiliates, successors and assigns, “BurnAlong”), and the entity that has completed the registration (the “Content Provider”). BurnAlong and the Content Provider are hereinafter referred to together as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party”.
