THIS AMENDMENT TO STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this "Amendment") is being entered into as of June 23, 1998, by and between Unitrode Corporation, a Maryland corporation ("Grantee"), and BENCHMARQ Microelectronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company").
