THIS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective 7 October 2024 between CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION, an interlocal entity and political subdivision of the state of Utah whose address is 311 South State Street, Ste. 330, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 (“CWC”), and KAREN HEVEL-MINGO, an individual whose address is 1809 East Millbrook Road, Millcreek, UT 84106 (“Contractor”).
