This agreement (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and Sail Telecom, Inc. (Sail Telecom), a Delaware corporation and may refer to either BellSouth or Sail Telecom or both as a “Party” or “Parties”. This Amendment will be effective thirty (30) days from the date of last signature executing the Amendment.
