This Agreement requires a minimum Agreement term that runs from the date of the first Monthly Fee. Early termination of this Agreement before the end of the Minimum Term will result in a lump sum termination fee equal to the total remaining monthly fees that would have been billed through the end of the Minimum Term. All Fees shall be deemed fully earned and nonrefundable in the event of termination in the middle of a monthly period.
