This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among the State of Oregon, through its Portland Metro Regional Solutions Office and its Parks and Recreation Department (the “State”), Clackamas County (the “County”), the City of Oregon City (the “City”) and Metro (“Metro”) (each a “party” and collectively, the “parties”), effective as of the last date of signature below (the “Effective Date”).
