("BSA"), a Michigan corporation and the City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County MN (“Customer”), effective the date of the signature of the last Party to sign the Agreement (“Effective Date”). Each party to the Agreement is referred to as a “Party” and the parties, collectively, are referred to as “Parties.”
