APPLICABILITY.Purchase Agreement • March 28th, 2021
The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) or any amendment thereof apply to all POs for the purchase of products and services (“Work”) as accepted by DVB-TECH S.R.L. or its affiliates (“DVB- TECH”). In the event of any conflicts between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any specific terms and conditions previously offered by DVB-Tech in writing, the latter shall take precedence.
