These Terms and Conditions, along with the Food Truck Services Application (the Application”) and any linked terms included therein, shall make up the “Agreement”. “TTU” shall refer to Texas Tech University. “Vendor” shall refer to the Food Truck Services vendor as stated in the Application. Vendor and TTU may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
