This Dissemination Agent Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Milton, Rock County, Wisconsin (“Issuer”) and PMA Securities, LLC (“PMA” or “Dissemination Agent”) effective as of the date executed by the Issuer as set forth on the signature page hereof (the “Effective Date”). The Issuer and PMA collectively constitute the “Parties” hereunder.
