(“Amendment”) amends the Agreement for Professional Services (“Agreement”) entered into on August 15, 2019 by the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation, (“City”), and Helpline House, a Washington State nonprofit corporation, (“Service Provider”).
