This Agreement is entered into between McKenzie Banking Company/Foundation Bank (the “Bank”) and any customer of the Bank who subscribes to McKenzie Banking Company/Foundation Bank’s Internet Banking. The customer is referred to in this agreement as "you" or "your". The Bank is referred to in this Agreement as "Bank", "us", and/or "our". This Agreement may be modified from time to time as hereinafter set forth by the Bank. If you use Internet Banking or permit another to use Internet Banking on your behalf, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement. You must follow all of our instructions and procedures applicable to the services covered by this Agreement.
