This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiffs Jose Alcala-Luna, Josue Diaz Pineda, Vilma Diaz Pineda, and Maribel Lozano Martinez (“Plaintiffs”) and Defendant Me Gusta Gourmet Foods, Inc. (“Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
