This Sponsorship Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of October 20, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), has been executed as of January 3, 2024 (the “Execution Date”), by and among Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (“Sponsor”), Orlando Magic, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership (“Magic”), and Orlando Events Center Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OECE” and, collectively with Magic, the “Magic Parties”).
