COMPREHENSIVE IMPACT FEES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2023 by and between CLAY COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (“County”), whose address is 477 Houston St., Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043 and the CITY OF GREEN COVE SPRINGS, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (“Green Cove Springs” or “Municipality”), whose address is 321 Walnut St., Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043. County and Municipality may be separately referred to as “party” and collectively referred to as “parties” herein.
