No. 2410-09688 (the "CCAA Proceedings"), the Court granted an order appointing Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. as monitor (the "Monitor") in the CCAA Proceedings commenced by the Delta 9 Group, which order was amended and extended on July 24, 2024 to, among other things, extend the stay of proceedings granted with respect to the Delta 9 Group.
