PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS In consideration of a Historic Preservation Fund Matching grant-in-aid, administered by the Oklahoma Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office (hereinafter referred to as OKSHPO), the City of Norman (hereinafter referred to as the Subgrantee) shall carry out the City of Norman's Certified Local Governments Program described in detail in attachment B, a legally binding part of this document.
