THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the city of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "city," and the county of Lancaster, Nebraska, a governmental subdivision of the state of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Lancaster" and the county of Saunders, Nebraska, a governmental subdivision of the state of Nebraska, hereinafter re- ferred to as "Saunders."
