The Agreement is between the company or the firm (Hereafter called The Client) registering for the “Employees’ Choice Awards” and WEMATTER PXT Private Limited (Hereinafter called WEMATTER). The Agreement will cover all the Employees’ Choice Awards (Herein called The Awards). The date of effect of the agreement will be the date of registration by the Client.
