This Agreement, (hereinafter referred to as “ Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas County Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “DCCCD”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, on behalf of Brookhaven, Cedar Valley, Eastfield, El Centro, Mountain View, North Lake and Richland Colleges of the Dallas County Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “College”) and Richardson Independent School District (hereinafter “Richardson ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education, on behalf of L.V.
