The general purpose of t h i s Agreement mutual interests of the Company, the Union and the Owner- Operator, and is to provide f o r t h e operation of the Company and method which w i l l further to the f u l l e s t extent possible safety of Owner- Operators, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output, and t o establish and maintain a satisfactory procedure to cover the settlement of differences arising out of t h i s Contract, and t o set forth payment rates and other contract conditions.
