WHEREAS Client desires to license from KISTERS the right to use and operate the software prod- ucts as described in Appendix A, Table A: Product Listing and Cost Schedule of this Agreement, as well as any associated documentation (hereinafter collectively called “License Software”), and KISTERS agrees to license to Client, the Licensed Software, all in accordance with this Agreement;
