This is a binding agreement between you and BaseUp Technologies Inc. (with its Affiliates, collectively “BaseUp,” “we” or “us”). These BaseUp Driver App Terms of Service govern your use of our driver application (“Driver App”) that connects an enterprise who owns or operates car parking spaces (“Enterprise”) to rent (“Spaces”) with drivers seeking to rent such Spaces (“Drivers”) (collectively, “Services”). Before using our Driver App, please read these Terms of Service, the BaseUp Privacy Notice, and Baseup.com Terms of Use, and other applicable rules, policies, and terms posted on the Baseup.com website or available through your Driver App (collectively, the “Agreement”).
