This Agreement is entered into by Ravalli County, the pass‐through subrecipient, and the Corvallis County Sewer District, the third‐party subrecipient, (collectively, “Subrecipients”). Ravalli County is the recipient of an ARPA water and sewer infrastructure grant under HB 632 for Corvallis – County Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Improvements Project. This Agreement between Ravalli County and the Corvallis County Sewer District will enhance cooperation in implementing the ARPA award where Ravalli County has determined that the Corvallis County Sewer District can better supervise the project.
