The following Purchase Order Standard Terms & Conditions apply only to transactions that are not governed by a written agreement, duly executed by both parties, unless such agreement incorporates these Standard Terms & Conditions in whole or in part. If such an agreement exists, the terms of the written, fully executed agreement shall be the terms that govern the transaction and relationship of the parties. In the absence of such a written agreement, these Standard Terms & Conditions provide the Vendor with the guidelines and legal stipulations of the Purchase Order with South Texas College (“STC”) for the goods and/or services described on the face of the Purchase Order and/or in an attachment or exhibit to the Purchase Order.
