1988, Cap. E-12, Council authorized the Minister of Health to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Canada, and the Governments of the other Provinces and the Territories, as represented by their respective Ministers responsible for health, to set out roles and responsibilities with respect to pandemic preparedness and response in the 2009 H1N1 outbreak, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement.
