THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the DIVISION OF MEDICAID in the OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, an administrative agency of the STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, hereinafter referred to as “DOM,” and an entity qualified to do business in Mississippi, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant,” for the performance of professional services.
