THIS NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on February 3, 2015, by and between SURFSIDE HOME IMPROVEMENT INC., a Florida corporation d/b/a “Average Joe’s Pergola Depot” (“Company”), and , an individual and his affiliates, successors, assigns and any entity formed by him to for the purpose of acquiring substantially all of the assets of the Company (collectively, “Recipient”).
