The following specifications are for the annual contract for printing of the University of Texas atPrinting Contract • April 2nd, 2020
Arlington’s UTA Magazine, an alumni magazine, published two (2) times per year. The term of the agreement is to run from the date of award through or until completion of the initial magazines: UTA Magazine 2019/2020 Issue 1 and UTA Magazine 2019/2020 Issue 2. The University reserves the right to renew this contract on an annual basis for an additional four (4) years in twelve (12) month increments. Each renewal term consists of two (2) magazine issues each year: Issue 1 and Issue 2. Exact schedule dates to be determined by the University.
