DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a public non-profit local government corporation created pursuant to Section 431.101 of the Texas Transportation Code (“Owner”) and OMNI HOTELS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Manager”). Owner and Manager are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
