This Agreement outlines the responsibilities between Olaf Solutions and Customer with regard to the installation and support of an approved PCI-DSS/PCI-PADSS Solution that facilitates the acceptance of Credit/Debit Cards and the Customers compliance with PCI-DSS Security Standards for their business network. There will be no times that Olaf will have any of the customer’s card holder data on any of Olaf’s computers or network. Customer will be notified on any occasion that Olaf Accesses the customer’s systems or Network. While working/installing/upgrading any component of the Customer’s Systems and Network Olaf will use best practices and comply with all standards issued by the PCI-SSC.
