Purpose. Citizens Against Heartland Greenway Pipeline (CAHGP) was founded with the sole purpose of opposing the Navigator Heartland Greenway carbon pipeline and, if nevertheless approved, imposing conditions that would reduce its impact on CAHGP's members who are all, to varying extents, impacted by its planned construction and operation. To that end, CAHGP has engaged attorney Joe Murphy, Meyer Capel, to represent CAHGP and its Members as an intervenor in the Illinois Commerce Commission’s Docket No. 22-0497.
