This is to advise you that Hartford Series Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") has established two new series of shares to be known as Hartford Global Health HLS Fund and Hartford Global Technology HLS Fund, respectively. In accordance with the Additional Funds provision of Section 17 of the Custodian Contract dated as of June 1, 1998 by and between the Fund and State Street Bank and Trust Company, the Fund hereby requests that your bank act as Custodian for both aforementioned series under the terms of the aforementioned contract.
