THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF REORGANIZATION (“Agreement”) is made as of this 10th day of December 2018, by and between Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”), a Massachusetts business trust, and Eaton Vance California Municipal Bond Fund II (the “Acquired Fund” and with the Acquiring Fund, the “Funds”), each a Massachusetts business trust.
