THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 2nd day of March, 2010 by and between Addington Hills Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the Bahamas (“Addington”), The Tango Trust, a trust organized under the laws of the Bahamas (the “Trust”) and Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Bahamas (the “Trustee”).
