THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of June 21, 2010, by and between Alliance Street, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor in interest to The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company, by assignment (“Landlord”), and Streamline Health, Inc., an Ohio corporation then legally known as LanVision, Inc. (“Tenant”).
