This Agreement is made and entered into as of the 26th day of October, 2005, by and between SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT BANCORP, INC. AND THE BANK OF SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT having a principal place of business in New Haven, Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as the “Employers”) and John Howard Howland, residing in Wayland, Massachusetts (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
