THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of November 9, 2009, between EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Issuer”) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A.
