THIS SEVENTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF PLAINS ALL AMERICAN PIPELINE, L.P. dated as of October 10, 2017, effective on the date hereof, except with respect to Section 6.1(d)(xii), which is effective as of January 1, 2016, is entered into by and among PAA GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the General Partner, and the additional Persons that are or become Partners of the Partnership as provided herein.
