This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between Dawson Geophysical Company, a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and William Anthony Clark (the “Executive”) is entered into effective as June 16 , 2023 (the “Effective Date”). The Company and the Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
