This Independent Contractor Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 10th day of April, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between United Development Funding III, L.P. (“Company”), and Stuart Ducote (“Contractor”). The Company desires to retain Contractor as an independent contractor to perform services for the Company and Contractor is willing to perform such services, on the terms set forth more fully below.
