THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made at HOUSTON, TEXAS, as of this 25th day of August, 2014 (the "Effective Date"), between WHITESTONE REIT, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”) and CHRISTINE MASTANDREA, 1600 Post Oak Blvd., Unit 1307, Houston, Texas, 77056 (“Mastandrea”).
