EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of the 15th day of July, 2016, by and between Party City Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Party City Holdco Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdco”), and Daniel Sullivan (the “Executive”) and effective as of August 29, 2016 (or, if later, the date the Executive commences employment with the Company) (the “Effective Date”).
