THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”), dated as of April 15, 2019 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), is among Paycom Payroll, LLC (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties party hereto, each of the banks or other lending institutions which is a party hereto (individually a “Lender” and collectively the “Lenders”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., individually as a Lender and as agent for itself and the other Lenders (in its capacity as agent, the “Administrative Agent”).
