This INVESTMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 30, 2022 by and among Nikola Corporation, a Delaware corporation (together with any successor or assign pursuant to Section 6.07, the “Company”), Nikola Subsidiary Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and the several Purchasers listed on Schedule 1 hereto (together with their successors and permitted assigns, each a “Purchaser” and, collectively, the “Purchasers”).
