Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation (the “Company”), Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with Comcast Cable Communications, LLC, the “Guarantors” and, together with the Company, the “Issuers”), have filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-266390) (the “Registration Statement”) for the purpose of registering under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), certain securities, including $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 4.650% Notes due 2033 (the “Notes”).
