This Fourth Amended and Restated Investment Management Trust Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of July 16, 2024, by and between Achari Ventures Holdings Corp. I, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, a limited purpose trust company (the “Trustee”).
