(f/k/a EverAsia Financial Group), a Florida corporation, having its principal place of business at 8950 SW 74th Ct. Ste 2201-A44, Miami, Florida 33156 (“Thornhill”) and Scott Silverman (“Scott”, and together with Vocodia, the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”).
